Each one of my many visits to Albay's Cagsawa Ruins had been unique in some way– it's why I never minded going back to places. A place will change, transforming for better or for worse, in subtle ways or drastic, and there's very little we can do about it. But even if the place remains the same, something within would have shifted. Sometimes, it's you who has changed. You return. Everything is at it was, but you now see things a bit differently. So, I guess you never get to see the same place twice. Not really.
Dawdling Drabbles is a collection of 100-word (or less) attempts at remembering every moment in my travels, but they really are just ramblings, to be honest. Here's more of them.
